During the year of 2015 the city of Paredes held its 2nd design biennale, Art on Chairs, in an effort to promote design and local mainstay industry, furniture. We were charged to develop a strategy that could engage the local commerce and simultaneosly inform the general public of the happening, specifically through those commerce windows. Therefore, we took on a long process that gathered most of the business owners and, consequently, came up with a 3D representation of the biennale logotype, the chair, to be displayed on the windows. This icon was modeled in Extruded Polystyrene (a form of durable styrofoam) and cut in different angles, allowing each window to depict the same icon but with a different perspective of it.
